Halloween: The Game has four launch multiplayer maps: Haddonfield Heights, Haddonfield Town Center, Orange Grove Estates, and East Haddonfield. Identify your map by its landmark set, choose a named sector, then use the exit, car, and CB radio guide only as a first-check order for the current match.
Identify the map, then pick a job
Use the table for the first ten seconds of a match: name the map, agree on a landmark, and split the opening search between an outer exit area and an interior objective area. Each row gives the vocabulary that makes calls concise.
| Map | Fast recognition | Landmark calls |
|---|---|---|
| Haddonfield Heights | Quiet residential streets | Strode house, Myers' house, Lampkin Lane, water tower |
| Haddonfield Town Center | Commercial blocks and rail line | Nichols Hardware, A-Side Music Store, Hill Garden Center, Patty's Pub |
| Orange Grove Estates | Upscale homes and a playground | Doyle and Wallace residences, detached garages, balconies |
| East Haddonfield | Rural facilities and farmland | Rabbit in Red Lounge, Phelps Garage, Midwest Feed Company |
Patch 1.1.0, checked October 8, 2026, changes Special Target spawns across maps and Civilian/Michael spawns on East Haddonfield and Orange Grove Estates. It fixes East Haddonfield CB Radio randomization and adjusts escape items, Pocket Knives, and pickups. There is no new coordinate table. Old pins remain first checks; confirm the prompt and match time. Escape discovery distance grows during the match, so an early missing marker is not proof that the route is absent.
Haddonfield Heights: residential loops and the water tower
Heights is the fastest map to call out with house numbers and the water tower. Start an exit check at the nearest north edge, pass through the central 808–800 homes for interior objectives, and finish toward McKinzie Lane and the water-tower end. The dedicated Haddonfield Heights guide gives the landmark loop, reported objective areas, Civilian plan, Michael plan, and ready-to-use callouts.
Haddonfield Town Center: split at the rail line
Use the rail line to divide the opening search: one player can cover the northwest commercial blocks while another checks the central homes and Mt. Sinclair Cemetery side. Nichols Hardware, A-Side Music Store, Hill Garden Center, and Patty's Pub are the named anchors to include in voice calls. The Town Center guide turns those landmarks into a role-aware sweep; the objective-location guide supplies only reported first checks.
Orange Grove Estates: use the boundary and the court
Orange Grove Estates combines outer roads with residential blocks and a central court. Begin with Westridge Drive or the nearest boundary, use the court as a regrouping landmark, and send the final sweep along Orange Grove Avenue and Fletcher Way. The Orange Grove Estates guide separates the multi-storey homes, park, and open streets into clear calls while the objective guide keeps reported pins in their proper place.
East Haddonfield: facilities, edges, and the south road
East Haddonfield is easier to navigate by facilities and map edges than by house numbers. Use Rabbit in Red Lounge, Phelps Garage, Midwest Feed Company, the central complex, and the south road as common calls. The East Haddonfield guide gives each role a concise facility-to-edge plan before you use the reported objective scan.
Tower Farm: prepare for October 27
Tower Farm is the announced fifth multiplayer map, free for game owners. The October 13 official tour distinguishes farmhouses, barns, fields and irrigation structures from a neighboring trailer park containing a laundromat and convenience store.
Use those named areas for opening assignments: one player checks a farm building while another claims a different trailer-park landmark. Report an exit or radio only after finding its usable interaction. The preview establishes the setting, while the released game will establish the paths and objective positions. See the October update guide for the area comparison and DLC purchase choices.
Opening calls by map
At the start, make the first call actionable: “north edge then 808” on Heights; “commercial side, then rail” in Town Center; “Westridge to court” in Orange Grove; or “west edge to central building” in East Haddonfield. A second player should claim a separate nearby sector, while the rest of the team keeps resident and container progress moving. These short assignments prevent the opening search from collapsing into one crowded landmark.
When a player finds a usable interaction, update the plan with three details: object, landmark, and need. “CB radio at the court, usable, need cover” tells the team more than a map name alone. If the object is inactive, report the completed sector and move to the next one; the team retains a clean picture of what it has already checked.
Keep the report short enough that teammates can act before the next chase begins.
Civilian plan: find, confirm, commit
The multiplayer overview gives Civilians a clear priority: find residents, use points of interest and containers, call for help, and work toward an escape. In practice, assign the team different named sectors, call a useful interaction only after it appears in the current match, and regroup at a confirmed resident or escape instead of an assumed pin. When an escape begins, say its landmark, the missing requirement, and Michael's last known direction.
Michael plan: follow the confirmed objective
For Michael, a confirmed radio, resident, or escape call is the moment to apply pressure. Use the shortest current path toward that landmark, watch the likely routes out, and use darkness, light control, Stalk, Shape Jump, and Shape Dash according to the immediate sight lines. The official overview states that Shape Jump begins and ends in darkness or outside a resident's line of sight; use that rule to approach a live objective rather than waiting at a landmark with no activity.
If Civilians split across two reported zones, favor the one that has a confirmed interaction or forces a noisy escape decision. If they regroup, use the named landmark in their last call to anticipate the next approach and keep the pressure on the route between objectives.
